The Asian Economic Panel meets twice a year to discuss economic issues that pertain to regions of Asia or to particular Asian countries. The discussion of each topic begins with a presentation of an analytical paper followed by a discussion. Submission of papers is by invitation only.

The themes of the workshop are asset pricing, portfolio choice and market microstructure.
