The three EconBiz Academic Career Kits are interactive learning resources for PhD students and Early Career Researchers to learn about publishing a paper, increasing the visibility of their research and handling research data. They can be used in educational settings to teach research literacy or as a self-learning resource.
The kits were first published in 2019 and have been regularly updated and enhanced with new content since. In our newest 2022 version we added more links to useful tools and started a new section on gender equality in economics.
Would you like to support early career researchers at your institution? The Academic Career Kits are published as Open Educational Resources (OER) under an open license (CC-BY). That means, you can easily embed them into your own website or learning management system using the embed code below each kit. You can also adapt and customize the resources to meet the needs of your institution with the free H5P plugin for Wordpress, Drupal or Moodle.
