Основные направления развития трудового потенциала в условиях рынка труда Сибири

This paper is devoted to the peculiarities of the Siberian labor market regulation, including the deepening of market segmentation based on several criteria: the availability of alternative forms of employment; different rates of release and quality of employees; qualifications of employees; motivational behavior of workers; mobilization potential of the individual. We consider the regulation of programs aimed at stabilizing employment in the region, to preserve the intellectual capacity to optimize the structural processes in order to maximize the preservation of labor potential, its augmentation, providing effective employment.
