Officers one of especial resource in a company, because officers represent by their performance will determinant the attainment of company target. A lot of factor influencing officers performance, in this research that factors analysed are communications, organizational commitment and incentive. The formulation of problem is how far the influence of communications, organizational commitment and incentive to officers performance at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk in Medan and kind of factors of influencing the organizational commitment at PT. BNI 46 Medan. The aim of this research is to know and analyse the influence of communications, organizational commitment and incentive to officer performance at PT. BNI 46 in Medan and to know the kind of factors of influencing the organizational commitment at PT. BNI 46 in Medan.Using human resources theory about officers performance, communication, organizational commitment and incentive management.This research using descriptive quantitative research, case study type with support by survey, and descriptive explanatory reseach character. The technique of collecting data done by interview, questionnaire and documentary study. The number of responder 85 people. The variable measured with Likert scale. The test of hypotesis using double linear regression analysis, trough F and t test intended to know the effect of independent variable to dependent variable in the acceptance level of 95 % (0,05).First hypothesis, the result of the simultaneous test shows that the variabel of communications, organizational commitment and incentive had a singnifincantly effect to officers performance at PT. BNI 46 Medan. Then partially, shows each variables of communications, organizational commitment and incentive had a positively and singnifincant effect to officers performance at PT. BNI 46 in Medan. For second hypothesis, the result of the simultaneous test shows that the variabel of job characteristics, career opportunity in company, ability of officer adaptation, and company support had a singnifincantly effect to organizational commitment at PT. BNI 46 in Medan. Then partially, shows that the career opportunity in company had the dominant influence to organizational commitment at PT. BNI 46 in MedanConclusion first hypothesis are communication, organizational commitment and incentive management had a influence effect to officers performance. Then conclusion for second hypothesis are the variabel of job characteristics, career opportunity in company, ability of officer adaptation, and company support had a influence to change organizational commitment at PT.
