Analyse épistémologique des méthodologies d'audit des changements : Nécessité d'une approche alternative

This article focuses on an epistemological consideration concerning the idea of change resistances, he propose an methodological alternative for the audit of these resistances. These two objectives aim to facilitate the implementation and the management of organizational change process . We will put in obviousness the fundamental role of organizational representations in the process of change. This lighting will be made both in theoretical and empirical manner, based on examples stemming of a case of analysis of resistances to the change. We will question us, finally, on managerial implications of these proposals. The role of audit's tools for to take into account representations in a process of change will be particularly analyzeed.
