The organizational structure can be interpreted as a series of connections between areas of work and those that show the status, authority and responsibilities of each in a group. Performance or performance shall have the meanings as a result of work that can be achieved by a person in carrying out the tasks given in accordance with the authority and responsibility in order to achieve organizational goals. This type of research is quantitative-Deductive, which is the emphasis on testing the theory by measuring the research variables with numbers and perform data analysis with statistical procedures. Aiming to analyze the organizational structure of the relationship with the employee's performance of PT. Bukopin Tbk. (Branch Gajah Mada) Medan. The sampling method used is the determination of the total population, as many as 50 employees. Primary data obtained from respondents that is, employees who work at company PT. Bukopin Tbk. Cab. Gajah Mada, Medan, by way of charging a secondary penelitian.Data questionnaires obtained from the Company PT. Bukopin Tbk. Cab. Gajah Mada, a document, company profiles and literature data as well as supporting research to find the theoretical basis that supports this research. Data analysis was performed using Chi square test to analyze the organizational structure of the relationship with the employee's performance of PT. BukopinTbk. (Branch Gajah Mada) Medan.There is a significant relationship between the specialization of work activities with employee performance company with a value of p = 0.002 (p <0.05). There is a significant relationship between the standardization of work activities with employee performance company with a value of p = 0.001 (p <0.05). A significant relationship between the coordination of work activities with employee performance Bukopin company PT. Bukopin Tbk. (Branch Gajah Mada) field with a value of p = 0.002 (p <0.05). Suggestions, In accordance with the results of research conducted that the author suggests to top management in control of running the organization structure so thoroughly in running and managing a chart organizational structure so that it can run well and creating a good working activity specialization, standardization of work activities are good, and good coordination of work activities so as to create an employee's performance is (role of achievement) that can increase its profit (profit oriented) and the achievement vision mission. And Determination of human beings as individuals who interact in this structure is placed on the appropriate heading.
