Incidencia de las políticas de recursos humanos en la transferencia de conocimiento y su efecto sobre la innovación

This paper focuses on the issue of knowledge transfer, an important area in knowledge management. The aim of the paper is to identify the people management practices that will be most effective in fostering knowledge sharing. We begin with a theorical analysis to identify the practices that facilitate and encourage this sharing. Also, since innovation is extremely dependent on the availability of knowledge, this article seeks to clarify the role of knowledge transfer in innovation. Through analysis of surveys collected from over 242 human resource managers, this research empirically contrasts the hypothesis raised. -- knowledge management ; knowledge transfer ; people management practices ; innovation
