In 1997, Teece, Pisano and Shuen established the Theory of Dynamic Capabilities introducing a remarkable nuance: the immediacy of response is required depending on the sector in which the company operates. This document lists the resources of SMEs with the major components of the Theory of Dynamic Capabilities and proposes a practical management structure for success at the end of the internationalization process
